Professional Development

To review and register for professional development offerings for the Puyallup School District, please access the Professional Development website  by clicking:  HERE

These offerings include upcoming workshops, classes, conferences, and trainings. Some offerings are also available to private school teachers and members of the public.ā€‹

Setting Up and Using Your Account

 

Members of the public who want to use the Puyallup School District Professional Development Web site to review and register for classes, workshops, and conferences may follow the instructions below to set up their Professional Development accounts.

All Puyallup School District employees already have accounts set up for them. Go to the Staff Information Web (intranet) for further instructions about using your Professional Development account. Note that the intranet is only available on Puyallup School District campus computers.

 

Non-District Employee Account Setup

 

  1. In the User Profile box on the left side of the Professional Development Home page, click the Create New Profile link.
  2. Complete the boxes under General Information and Login Information to create your account on the PSD Professional Development Web site.
  3. Under Puyallup School District Employees, leave the PSD Employee check box cleared (unchecked).
  4. Click the Save button. 
    The Update Successful! message indicates that your account has been created and you are now ready to review and register for classes.

 

Registration, Evaluations, and Clock Hours

 

Always log in to the Professional Development Web site using the same username and password. Your user profile will maintain a record of all courses that you have completed in the Puyallup School District. You can access your account at any time.

When you register for a course, you will automatically receive an email notifying you of your registration status.

When you have completed a course, the instructor will enter your completion of the course into the system. You will then receive an email asking you to complete the online evaluation. When the evaluation has been completed, you will receive an email informing you that you can now print out your clock hour form.
