Public Comment Process and Guidelines
The Board recognizes the value of public comments and the importance of involving members of the public in its meetings.  A maximum of 20 speakers per meeting is enforced to ensure an efficient and organized operation of the meeting.  Each speaker is allowed 3 minutes.  We encourage attendees with similar concerns to represent members of a group.
