Facility Use (Indoor)

Starting on Friday, September 17, 2021, at 7:30 a.m., our community can start requesting indoor facility use for the 2021-2022 school year!

Please note the following information:

NOTE:  All required guidelines are aligned with the DOH K-12 Schools Requirements 2021-2022, PSD Health and Safety Playbook, and DOH Sports Guidelines

5 people

10 people

Games/Events: Up to 100 people, depending on size of area.

Groups over 100: Will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

*Please note that you will not be able to rent any facilities (commons, gym, etc.) at Ferrucci Jr. High School ~ for the 2021-2022 school year.  The school is under construction.

Here are the instructions to register as a community user.

You are invited to visit our facilities use community calendar at the following link:

A calendar looking page will come up.  Go up to the far right hand corner and click" login for facility use".

Then on the  next page you click on "Create account" and then you go in and create your account. ( REMEMBER TO HIT THE FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON) (some people forget this final step_

Then it will come to me for my approval ~ Once I have approved you, you will be able to go in and request the school, time and date that you want.

*Also, when you get a chance Please scan me your groups Insurance COL~ .



Grass Fields:

Time: 4:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
Days: Daily (Monday-Friday)

JAG & RAM Turf Fields:

Monday-Friday~4:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday~8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Sparks Stadium:~

Time: 7:00 a.m.-2:45 p.m.
Days: Monday-Friday (no weekends)

Please practice social distancing

            *At least 6 feet apart
            *Be respectful and mindful of others

Our paperless system has improved access and provides a real-time look at after-hour school calendars for easy reservations and payments!  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

Important: Please note that the "end time", for any Community Facility Reservation, is no later than 9:00 p.m.  Outside organizations shall not promote or take registration for events on district property until after they've obtained a signed and approved facility use permit.
