Home Hospital Services are available to qualified students who are temporarily unable to attend school for a period of no less than four (4) weeks and a maximum of eighteen (18) weeks due to illness, accident, or temporary disability.

A written statement by a qualified medical practitioner, indicating the student is unable to attend school due to a physical/mental disability or illness must be provided to establish eligibility.  To begin the process of requesting Home Hospital services, please contact your student's school nurse.
