Looks like you are having problems resetting your password using our Self-Service Password Reset tool (SSPR). At this point, a visual confirmation is required to reset your password.
Students: Your building Technology Library Para can assist you with resetting your password. Once your password has been reset, please go to My Sign-Ins | Security Info | Microsoft.com to update your SSPR settings so you can reset your own password.
Staff: Please request your Technology Library Para, office staff or co-worker to contact the Help Desk for a Teams video chat or schedule an in-person appointment with EdTec. Once your password has been reset, go to My Sign-Ins | Security Info | Microsoft.com to update your security settings
