Equity Analysis
There are several requirements of the Academic and Student Well-Being Recovery Plan. Among them is the use of an equity analysis tool that helps to identify supports that provide equitable access and opportunity for students who are; American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian, Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino of any race(s), Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islander, Two or More Races, White, English Learners, Students Experiencing Poverty, Student with Disabilities, Students Experiencing Homelessness, and Students in Foster Care.

The district created a draft equity analysis tool using examples provided by OSPI last spring, that will be further reviewed by the CARE team in conjunction with Panorama Education survey measures. Panorama Education was approved by the board of directors in April and supports the district’s efforts to amplify the voices of stakeholders and obtain meaningful feedback from students, families, and staff.
