Note: Our Transportation Department works hard throughout the summer finalizing bus route information. Although families are encouraged to download the Ride 360 app and visit the Ride 360 website to become familiar with the new notification system, final bus route information will not be available until late August.

Bus Bulletins, the current
bus notification system, will change to the Traversa Ride 360 notification system at the beginning of the upcoming school year. In an effort to lower transportation costs and improve family communications, the PSD Transportation Department is excited to partner with Traversa to focus on improved efficiencies.

The new bus notification system offers a website and mobile phone app that allows families to look up bus route information and receive real-time alerts and notifications. Families wanting to receive information related to their child's bus will need to download the app or visit the website to sign up to receive notifications. Sign up today to make sure you are informed of bus delays or incidents that would impact student pick-up or drop-off.

HOW TO USE TRAVERSA RIDE 360

To get started, create a Log-in Account

Mobile Phone Users

1. Download the “Traversa Ride 360” app from the iPhone App Store or Android Google Play Store.

2. After the installation is complete, open the mobile app.

3. When asked to find your school district, search for Puyallup School District.

4. Once selected, you’ll be presented with the login page. If you don’t already have a login, click ‘Register’.

5. To register, enter your email address, along with your password and name.

6. After registering, you’ll receive an email confirmation. The provided link will require you
confirm your registration through the Ride 360 website.

7. Login, and then add your child by going to My Students and choosing the + button. This will present the Find a Student screen.

8. Enter your child’s STUDENT ID, LAST NAME, and DOB (MM/DD/YYYY). Repeat this step for each of your children.

9. When all children are added, you can then view transportation information for each of your children.

10. If you’d like to share a student link with another person, go to My Students and either long-press for Android, or left-swipe for iOS.

11. Choose which students to share, then enter the email address of the person you’d like to share with. That person will receive a confirmation email, which will then automatically link the student to that user. They will be required to register with Ride 360, if they haven’t already done so.

Desktop and Laptop Users

1. Open your web browser and visit the Puyallup School District Traversa Ride 360 website.

2. If you’re not already registered, choose the ‘Register’ link.

3. To register, enter your email address, along with your password and name.

4. After registering, you’ll receive an email confirmation. The provided link will require you to confirm your registration through the Ride 360 website.

5. Log in to the website, and then add your child by going to My Students and select the Find Student button.

6. Enter your child’s STUDENT ID, LAST NAME, and DOB (MM/DD/YYYY). Repeat this step for each of your children.

7. When all students are added, you can then view transportation information for each of your children.

8. If you’d like to share a student link with another person, select your student and click the student options button in the lower-right corner.

9. Choose which students to share, then enter the email address of the person you’d like to share with. That person will receive a confirmation email, which will then automatically link the student to that user. They will be required to register with Ride 360, if they haven’t already done so.
